Barnabas cards are the yellow postcards in the pockets on the backs of the chairs in the sanctuary. Barnabas means "son of encouragement." Encourage someone. Point someone to the love of Christ and the hope that we have in Him.
Look around the next time you are in church. Do you see someone trying hard, stepping up, helping without being asked, serving the Lord? Take a card and write a quick note to them showing them you 'see' them. Drop the card in the offering plate or place on the administrator's desk. We will make sure it is addressed, stamped, and mailed to the recipient.
